Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to receive my order?
Our standard turnaround time is 48–72 hours for most orders once artwork and payment have been confirmed. Larger or more complex orders may take 5–7 business days. If you have an urgent deadline, let us know upfront and we’ll do our best to accommodate you rush orders are available on request.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Do I need to supply my own artwork or can you design it for me?
Both options are available. If you have print-ready artwork, simply send it to us in one of our accepted formats — AI, EPS, PDF, PNG or JPG at 300dpi or higher. If you don’t have artwork yet, our in-house team can help create or refine a design for you. We’ll advise on the best approach during the quoting process.
How much does custom printing cost?
Pricing depends on several factors — the product type, quantity, number of colours, printing method and any special finishes required. Because every order is different, we don’t publish a fixed price list. Instead we offer free, no-obligation custom quotes tailored to your exact specifications.
Do you offer delivery or do I need to collect?
We offer both options. You’re welcome to collect your order from us in Johannesburg at no extra cost. If you’re not local or prefer the convenience of delivery, we can arrange courier delivery to any address in South Africa. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order, and will be included in your quote upfront no surprises.
How does payment work?
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your order and begin production, with the remaining 50% due before collection or dispatch. We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and cash. Once your deposit is received and your artwork is approved, we’ll schedule your order into production immediately. A detailed invoice will be sent to you with all payment details.
